A difficult goal...


For many months I have respiratory problems so I decided to quit ... I do not smoke too much but I know that think it keeps me smoking every day.
Today I begin a life free of smoke, will be difficult for me but I will try my best to achieve it.

Some of you have tips to stop this bad habit?

  1. Felicidades por esta decisión! Estoy segura que vas a tener éxito.
    Mi novio Ulises tiene todo lo que va del año sin fumar, también era como tú que no fumaba mucho pero aun lo hacía. No noté que batallara pero creo que lo que le ayudó es que evitó situaciones en las que fumaba o que lo propiciaran.

  2. I've had to quit smoking, too. Twice. I think the best advice I can give is to distract yourself somehow when the cravings hit. They won't last forever (5-10 minutes, tops), and they'll get less frequent over time.

  3. Vane...gracias por el ánimo...lamentablemente todas mis amigas y amigos fuman tambien...asi que evitar los contextos fumadores es imposible...

    Lindsay, I smoke for 3 years and left it for a year without problems, after last year's earthquake was impossible not to retake it. And this summer I also made the attempt, I left for two months ... now it's my third attempt...
    Thanks for your advice girls ... it's true what you say, I need the distraction when the cravings hit...
